Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all items with Australia Post.
The official Australia Post website states that the delivery time on standard deliveries is 2-6 working days. If you would like to receive your package earlier, please opt for express shipping which costs an additional $11.
We process and dispatch the products the day after we receive the order. Please factor this time into the overall postage time. Please also refer to the Australia Post website for timing based on your location.
This service is very reliable (over 99 %) and most of our customers receive their items with no problems and on time.
Please contact us should your order not arrive within 5-6 working days.
Please note, there is no tracking available for the free postage service. This means missing orders are difficult to trace. We can offer a resend order for $10 per item.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns for faulty items as long as they reported within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised orders or digital downloads.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 3 hours of the purchase on the condition that the item has not yet gone into printing and production.
